Jo Lyn is the Co-Founder and the Managing Director of Voyora Concierge.
With over eight years of experience in the healthcare sector, Jo Lyn combines clinical expertise, client relationship management and a deep commitment to personalized patient care.
Trained in Australia, she holds a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of New South Wales and a Master’s in Diagnostic Radiography from the University of Sydney.
She began her professional journey as a Medical Diagnostic Radiographer in Australia, gaining hands-on experience in diverse, multicultural healthcare environments. After transitioning from clinical practice, she built strong expertise in client relationship management, leveraging her clinical background to provide empathetic, efficient coordination and personalised support across her work.
Her academic and professional background bridges human understanding with technical expertise, allowing her to support patients with empathy while navigating complex medical systems with confidence and precision.
Jo Lyn is passionate about showcasing Malaysia’s world-class healthcare to international patients seeking exceptional medical standards alongside seamless, supportive and compassionate care.
She returned home to establish Voyora Concierge with a vision rooted in professionalism, trust and meaningful patient connection.

Faye is a Co-Founder and Executive Director of Voyora Concierge, and is an Australian-trained and registered Medical Diagnostic Radiographer, holding a Bachelor of Medical Imaging (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
Originally from Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia and now based in Australia, she brings a unique understanding of both healthcare systems and a thoughtful, compassionate approach to patient care grounded in resilience, adaptability and high clinical standards.
Through her work in Australia, Faye has cared for patients from all walks of life and witnessed firsthand the challenges many face with long public waiting lists for life-changing procedures such as joint replacements and spinal surgery, where private care is often not financially accessible.
Her vision for Voyora Concierge was further shaped when her Australian husband experienced Malaysia’s healthcare system and he was struck by its professionalism, expert specialists and state-of-the-art facilities.
Through Voyora, Faye empowers patients with informed choices and alternative pathways to timely, high-quality medical care in Malaysia—restoring dignity, access and confidence in their healthcare journey.

Rayleen is an Australian with New Zealand Māori heritage and a brand partner of Voyora Concierge, a medical concierge service inspired by her family’s personal healthcare journey in Malaysia.
She is also the creator behind her personal brand, Raye in Malaysia, through which she is known as a content creator sharing life and healthcare experiences abroad.
During an earlier holiday to Malaysia, Rayleen was captivated by the country—a connection that would eventually shape her personal and professional path.
Upon relocating, she witnessed firsthand the quality and accessibility of Malaysian healthcare while supporting her father through surgery and her daughter through medical treatment.
This experience highlighted a level of care, efficiency and humanity in healthcare that is often overlooked.
Conversations that followed with friends and acquaintances revealed a common challenge: navigating unfamiliar systems, managing long wait times, and understanding options for healthcare, visas and finances abroad.
With over a decade of experience in administration, coordination and client support across healthcare and corporate sectors in Australia and New Zealand, Rayleen works with Voyora Concierge to provide clarity and confidence for those navigating life and medical care outside their home country.
The service offers practical guidance, trusted introductions and personalized support—delivered without pressure, grounded in lived experience and genuine understanding.

Jeremy is a senior executive and strategic adviser with over 20 years’ experience across government, enterprise transformation and international relations, complemented by leadership roles in leading consultancies, hotel management, logistics coordination and manufacturing.
He holds a range of academic and professional qualifications, including a Bachelor of Arts and multiple Diplomas spanning government, project management and information technology, reflecting his broad and multidisciplinary expertise.
Having personally undergone surgical treatment in Malaysia, he experienced first-hand the exceptional professionalism, clinical standards and patient care the country offers.
Inspired by this experience, Jeremy embraced the opportunity to help guide Voyora Concierge, a concierge service dedicated to supporting Australians and New Zealanders in accessing world-class medical treatment in Malaysia with confidence and peace of mind.
Combining deep expertise in governance, risk and operational delivery with a personal understanding of the patient journey, Jeremy ensures every client receives trusted guidance and seamless coordination throughout their experience with Voyora Concierge.

Angelyn is a PR & Media Partner for Voyora Concierge, where she plays a key role in supporting and representing the company’s growing presence and expanding interests.
With a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from the University of Melbourne, Australia, she brings both academic insight and practical expertise to her role, communicating brand values with clarity and authenticity.
Originally from Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia and now residing in Japan, Angelyn also helps oversee a bespoke and highly regarded brand within the hospitality industry, further strengthening her understanding of service excellence, reputation management and client experience on an international scale.
Known for her down-to-earth nature, honesty and integrity, Angelyn is deeply trusted for her strong eye for detail and her ability to align messaging with purpose.
